Unlike generic school software, Academia Pro is purpose-built for how East African schools actually operate. The three-term billing cycle, Uganda national exam board grading formats, MTN MoMo and Airtel Money integration, and PAYE/NSSF payroll deductions are all built in — not bolted on.
Available as a web application and Android app, with a data-lite mode for schools on 2G/3G connections. Student academic identity is portable between Academia Pro schools, so records follow the student.
